The original two-storey semi-detached house was in a pretty poor state of repair. We obtained planning permission for both side and rear extensions, reinstating the original front bay and converting the loft. We commissioned a bespoke structural solution for safe and simple installation, while unobtrusively supporting the entire rear section of the original building. From a humble start we have been able to create a modern, spacious, 21st century family home.
