Full Design and Build service on this 3 bed garden flat in Brixton. A substantial Victorian house previously converted into flats with rear extension; the previous work was found to be very poorly constructed and in need of regularisation. Little to no sound insulation between floors and neighbouring properties was also addressed as part of our full renovation which included summer house and landscaping.
