This house had its problems, so we fixed it.

We removed the roof and rear extension and rebuilt with a loft room and 2 story rear extension on 3 levels. Dampproofed it and installed external wall insulation.

Then fitted a new kitchen, bathroom, WC and whole house ventilation system
